Crafted from reclaimed vintage materials, the lodge’s rustic interior features hand-hewned timber frame beams adorned with wooden hand-carved acorn finials. Additional layers of visual interest are incorporated through the hand-chinked walls and the textured masonry work on the large fireplace.
Conceived as a hunting lodge for the owners and their friends, this property has become a year-round retreat thanks to its comfort, serenity and richly-appointed decor. Outbuildings near the lodge house locker rooms and a gun cleaning area, which the hunters use after their hunt before adjourning to the lodge for dining and relaxation.
